Suspicious HUAWEI Technology behaviour in Bangalore,INDIA

Recently, actions of Huawei Tech has been raising eyebrows especially after suspicious web activities by Chinese.
According to a recent news, HUAWEI Technologies does not allow its INDIAN staff to freely move in the campus.
Only ground floor and first floor of the building is accessible to Indian Staff whereas other floors are open only for Chinese staff.Although Chinese staff is very less compared to Indian staff, they enjoy privilege of moving unrestricted to any part of the building.

The R&D center of HUAWEI in Bangalore is under suspicion for such activities.If asked why Chinese staff is spending unusually more time in India , reply is that they are learning ENGLISH.
Some people even doubt if such companies are spy agencies or doing something which is not good for the world wide web.
