Google INDIA launches MUSIC service

Google INDIA | LABS has recently launched music services in INDIA.User can search for any Hindi song and can also listen from the search result.It is actually a very nice initiative by Google.Earlier we used to search Google for music however listening to our favorite music was not available.Now Google lets it user search for latest or favorite Hindi songs and also lets you listen those songs with the help from their partners in.com , saavn and saregama.Currently only Hindi songs are available and in future we can expect songs from more languages to be available in Google music.User can search for latest Bollywood songs by either searching by artists name or album name or song name. Backup Your Brain Memory

Scientist in London have said that in next twenty years human can even take back up of their brain just like we take back up of our files and its content in our computer system.And by saying back up of brain they mean back up of memories including each and every thought that comes in mind.As per scientists, it is already technically possible to take back up of brain and memories contained in it.However in next twenty years this would be more easy as nanobot computer machines can be introduced in our blood that can heal our bodies, improve our performance and even be able to back up all the contents of brain.Wooaaa :)

If this is possible then it would be a huge technological leap.Can you even imagine what advantages this magical technology growth can have ? By backing memories we can say that there would be no memory loss cases . I mean till the last restore point or back up point, memory can be regained.Sounds funny but seriously it would be very helpful to some extent.Just imagine its like you restoring your memory to a date few weeks back and if you met someone after last back up point, that person details is missing. ha ha :P Continue reading | 2 Comments

Bangalore Metro Signature Tune Contest

Soon we will have Bangalore Metro operational in the city.The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation has taken an initiative to involve public participation in functioning of Bangalore Metro.There is a contest initiated by Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation which ask public to come up with 4 second signature tune for Bangalore Metro.A user or a company can submit their created tune to Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation and if selected the tune owner may win cash prize of Rs 1 Lakh .The selected signature tune may be used by Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation for advertising purpose or even signaling arrival of Metro Rail in its station.
The selected signature tune will remain the exclusive right of Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation for its exclusive use.
Few Key points are :
* Each participant may provide up to four signature tunes.
* Eight Track Recording.
* Tunes should not exceed Four seconds.
* Audio format – preferably MP3

A Globally Recognized Avatar(Gravatar) is an image that follows you from site to site appearing beside your name when you do things like comment or post on a blog.I believe Gravatar is must for all the people part of blogosphere.Gravatar is not just an image however it represents you.If you write blogs or post comments on others blogs , Gravatar becomes your identity.
The other advantage of Gravatar is that it allows user to have their own desirable image as their Avatar rather than some default image set by blog owner.Setting the Gravatar is easy.Just goto http://en.gravatar.com/ and sign up.Once login you can upload your desirable image as your Gravatar.Here I have uploaded below image as my Gravatar for one of my account.When I post in any blog as comment or new post, my selected image is shown as Gravatar instead of some default image.So I believe setting of Gravatar is very easy and worth using.Most of the leading blogs support Gravatars.I have tested it on blogs running using Wordpress and it works perfectly.It gives you power to control the image displaying for you, representing you. Page Preview in Google Search

Google has been continuously enhancing its Google Search options.After few days of launching Google Instant , Google this time has added a very nice feature of Page View in Google search.This feature enables user to view the page of search results.This feature is very useful as it lets user decide which page he is actually looking for.Although Google Search has been continuously evolving for better Search experience still it sometimes does not provide user with the actual page user is searching for.Page View feature in Google Search allows user to have a quick preview of the pages listed in Google Search.This preview actually helps user by not selecting links which user does not want.User can preview several links and decide which page he wants to open.
It just not only display the preview of the website in Google Search list however it also highlights the key lines of the web page surrounded by orange border and with readable font size.This feature gives better understanding of the page available in Google Search list.The user can read first few lines of the page and understand if it is the required page.The most useful aspect of this feature is it allows user to decide which link to select or page to open by just previewing it and not actually opening the page.Adding to Google instant motto of saving time while searching Page View in Google Search will actually help in saving lots of time by allowing user to open only required page. World’s most unusual protest

What can be regarded as world’s most unusual protest in the world , people in Hubli actually performed the obituary of a tree that was axed for “obstructing electric cables”.They actually put up a board which states something like “Residents had taken much care to raise the tree to a height of 15 feet by watering and protecting it from stray cattle.Why it is reduced to 4 foot stump ? It used to provide shade to passerby.” The board also states something like “I sincerely request to at least safeguard my brothers and sisters living on the road and who have been contributing to greenery of the city”

I feel this is one of the most unusual protest I have seen so far.The protest is peaceful and does make a strong statement.This can be regarded as the perfect example of people coming forward for saving environment.The protest has definitely gain some attention from local citizens and questions have been asked from local authority regarding cutting down of trees.If the tree was creating problem for cables , its branches could have been trimmed.Why the whole tree was cut down to 4 foot stump ? Best Test Match in Cricket History

Best Test Match in Cricket History :Salute to the real hero of Today’s Cricket Match between INDIA and AUSTRALIA.Definitely the best test match ever in Cricket History.The thrill and suspense it created was something which you don’t find in contemporary Test Match Cricket.In an era of T20 Cricket, test matches were losing its importance.However the interest today’s Test Match created was second to none.The real hero of the game without any doubt is VVS(Very Very Special) Laxman :)

It was very much visible during the first inning of INDIAN batting when undoubtly the best INDIAN batsmen against Australia came to bat at number 10 ; VVS Laxman came out with a runner ,Gautam Gambhir.VVS could not score much and got out by scoring just two runs.VVS Laxman was facing back spasms and the pain was clearly visible.The strength VVS displayed was definitely an heroic act.

The situation of VVS back spams problem was not clear and more was the possibilty of VVS not participating further in the match.This was a big blow to not only INDIAN Cricket team but also fans of INDIAN Cricket team.We all know VVS Laxman is best bet against Australia.VVS Laxman not participating is a big problem not only INDIAN Cricket team will miss a quality batsman but also one of the best slip fielder in the world.Finally came the 4th day of the Best Test Match in Cricket History.INDIA desperately needs his Very Very Special batsmen.
